1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, buying credits, uploading artwork, or otherwise using EaselZip, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use EaselZip for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
2. Accounts, access, and credits
Accounts use email-based one-time codes. You are responsible for controlling access to your email account and devices, keeping your information accurate, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Never share a verification code.
One credit permits the processing of one artwork into an EaselZip print pack. New eligible accounts currently receive one free credit. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs; EaselZip does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or resold, and have no cash value outside the service. Paid credits remain available while your account and EaselZip remain active, subject to refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, misuse, and these Terms. We may correct a credit balance affected by an error, refund, reversal, or payment dispute.
3. Your artwork and generated files
You retain all ownership rights in artwork you upload. You give EaselZip only the limited permission needed to process the artwork, create your selected files, temporarily store the finished Etsy Upload Pack, and deliver it to you. This permission ends when processing and the applicable retention period end, except for limited records we must keep.
You represent that you own the artwork or have all permissions needed to process, resize, crop, download, print, sell, and otherwise use it. You are responsible for copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, model-release, and other rights associated with your content and resulting products.
EaselZip initially centers crops and lets you review framing. It does not intentionally stretch artwork. Resizing, cropping, compression, printers, papers, inks, color profiles, and third-party marketplaces can affect final results, so you must review files before offering them to buyers.
4. Acceptable and prohibited use
You may use EaselZip for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You may not upload or process content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploits minors, violates privacy or publicity rights, contains malware, or is intended to harm the service or another person.
You may not bypass access or credit controls, probe or disrupt security, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, impersonate others, use stolen payment methods, or resell access to EaselZip without permission.
5. How the service works
EaselZip processes your original JPG or PNG in your browser and creates print-ready aspect ratios and files. The finished Etsy Upload Pack may be stored privately for up to 24 hours so you can download it. The optional complete archive is generated in your browser and is not stored by EaselZip.
Quality indicators are practical estimates, not guarantees of a particular print result, DPI accepted by a marketplace, sales performance, or compatibility with every printer. Etsy is a third party and is not affiliated with or endorsing EaselZip.
We may improve, update, add, limit, or remove features. The service may occasionally be slow, unavailable, or contain bugs. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Prices, payments, taxes, and refunds
Prices and the number of credits included are shown before checkout, generally in U.S. dollars. Stripe securely processes payments and may collect billing, device, and fraud-prevention information. EaselZip does not store your complete payment card number.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, exchange-rate differences, and bank charges that legally apply to you. EaselZip may change future prices or pack contents, but a change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. A refund, reversal, or dispute may remove the related unused credits or place the corresponding balance on hold. We will not restrict a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. EaselZip intellectual property
EaselZip, its interface, software, visual identity, copy, and documentation are owned by the operator or licensed to the operator. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of EaselZip. Your artwork remains yours.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to compensate you, but this does not grant us ownership of your artwork.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaselZip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that files will satisfy every marketplace, device, professional-printing, color, or commercial requirement. You remain responsible for reviewing and backing up your files.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaselZip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. For a claim relating to a paid credit pack, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable matters.
9. Suspension, termination, and discontinuation
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, legal obligations, payment disputes, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using EaselZip at any time and request account deletion. If we discontinue the service, we will try to give reasonable notice and a practical opportunity to use or address remaining paid credits, subject to law, fraud prevention, and operational feasibility.
10. Governing law, international users, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Users outside Brazil are responsible for following local law, and retain any non-waivable local rights.
We may update these Terms as EaselZip evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
