1. The short version
- Your original JPG or PNG is processed locally in your browser.
- It is not uploaded to EaselZip servers.
- The finished five-file Etsy Upload Pack is temporarily stored in private storage for authenticated download.
- That stored ZIP expires after 24 hours.
- The optional full 21-file archive remains in your browser session and is not stored by EaselZip.
- Your artwork is never used for AI training.
2. Original artwork
When you select a JPG or PNG, your browser reads the image to show dimensions, format, estimated quality, and crop previews. Resizing and cropping occur on your device. EaselZip does not receive or store the original image file.
Closing or refreshing the browser can end the local session and remove locally generated data that has not been downloaded. Keep your own backup of the original artwork.
3. Generated packs
EaselZip creates five master JPGs for the principal print ratios and can create an optional archive containing all 21 exact-size JPGs. The five-file Etsy Upload Pack ZIP is uploaded to private object storage so you can retrieve it while signed in, including from the recent-pack history during the availability window.
The optional complete archive is built locally and offered directly to your browser. It is not uploaded to EaselZip storage. You are responsible for saving and backing up every downloaded file.
4. Retention and deletion
The stored Etsy Upload Pack expires 24 hours after creation. EaselZip attempts to delete the object after expiration, and the download is no longer offered. Operational deletion can involve a short technical delay, and infrastructure backups or security logs may follow provider retention schedules.
Limited metadata can remain after the ZIP is deleted: artwork or pack name, original file name, status, file count, timestamps, storage status, credit records, and associated transaction or support records. This supports account history, credits, security, troubleshooting, disputes, and legal or accounting needs.
5. Access and security
Stored packs are private and require an authenticated request for download. EaselZip personnel and infrastructure providers do not routinely inspect artwork. Access may occur only when reasonably necessary for user-requested support, security, abuse investigation, service integrity, or a legal obligation, and should be limited to the minimum necessary.
We use encrypted network connections, access controls, private object storage, and limited retention. No storage system is risk-free, so do not treat EaselZip as your archive or sole backup.
6. Artificial intelligence and training
EaselZip does not use original artwork, generated JPGs, ZIP files, crops, or previews to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. The current resizing and cropping workflow is conventional image processing, not generative AI.
7. Your rights and responsibility
You retain ownership of your artwork. You give EaselZip only the temporary, limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver the files as described here.
You must own the content or have permission to use, alter, reproduce, print, and sell it. This includes applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, model, property, and licensing rights. EaselZip does not verify ownership and cannot give you rights you do not have.
8. Prohibited files
Do not process content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, sexually exploits minors, violates another person's privacy or publicity rights, contains malware, promotes serious harm, or violates our Terms. We may restrict access and preserve or disclose limited information where legally required to investigate severe abuse.
9. Deletion requests and contact
Expired ZIP files do not need a manual deletion request. To request deletion of account or remaining pack metadata, email support@easelzip.com from the account address. We may verify your identity and retain records required for law, accounting, security, fraud prevention, refunds, or disputes.
