Product support
For processing, quality warnings, crops, downloads, expired packs, or account access, describe what happened and the step where it occurred. Screenshots are helpful when they do not expose sensitive information.
Billing and refund requests
Include the email used for EaselZip, purchase date, credit pack, Stripe receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Review the Refund Policy before submitting a request.
Privacy and account deletion requests
Use the email associated with your account and clearly state whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security reports
Use the subject line “Security report.” Explain the affected page or feature, the date and time observed, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details while we investigate.
What not to send
Never send passwords, one-time login codes, a full payment card number, bank credentials, government identification, or your original artwork unless we specifically request a secure method. EaselZip support will never ask for your password or verification code.
